If we do not receive a response from you by that date, the grant will be awarded to another individual.
No, we do not provide any reimbursement before the conference.
The accommodation is at the Hotel Savoia Regency in Bologna, the same place where the conference takes place.
The reimbursement will be made after the event, via bank transfer or PayPal. You will need to send us valid receipts (plane, bus, train tickets) through a form we will provide.
The reimbursement covers travel expenses supported by valid receipts.
Please note that, as part of our efforts to reduce environmental impact, we encourage the use of train rather than air travel when possible. Therefore, we may not reimburse air travel costs if other means of transportation are readily available. This assessment will be made on a case-by-case basis.
