I am Giovanna, a Soft Skills Specialist and a Learning Designer with 15+ years of experience crafting and delivering tailored high-impact training programs for private and public organizations. Driven by my passion for empowering others, I played a key role in the team that trained over 100K Peruvian women entrepreneurs.
Building trust-based relationships and leveraging my strong communication and leadership skills, I transitioned into Technical Project/Delivery Management where I have developed my technical knowledge across industries like Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Fashion, and Healthcare. Over the past two years, I have successfully delivered complex projects including DWH Migration from Oracle to GCP, Cloud Application Infrastructure, AI applications, ML models, and innovative software development that supports businesses in achieving their decarbonisation targets (Sustainability).
